2012年4月14号,世界权威音响线材Tchernov Audio(切尔诺夫)于香港尖沙咀的海运大厦举行了一场亚洲地区经销商会议,东明汽车音响非常荣幸作为中国区域代理商受邀前往。

Correct tonal balance:
The right correspondence of low, mid and high frequencies determines the feeling of naturalness of sound. It lets you sink into the music without the feeling that you lack something. Rich and sappy bass saturated mid frequencies and detailed, but unobtrusive high frequencies guarantee the positive image of sound.

By this we mean not just the sound stage. After numerous experiments we came to symmetry of sound and timing correspondence of the musical instruments in the sound image. We achieved the right placement of the instruments in space. The result is the reality and wideness of sound stage just like if the listener is attending a real live concert.

Cable Architecture
Till recently existed the opinion of impossibility to hear or to measure the distortion introduced by cables. Classical physics justifies this approach by strict framework of the ideal conductor model. In this case they talk about impedance, inductance and capacity of the cables. Mechanism of sound perception is a very sensitive instrument, so while using audio system it’s not correct to assume the ideality of the conductor. Cable as a structure is not only a conductor, but a complex system. One should see it as an important component of an audio system, which has to meet high technical and operational requirements. That’s why the approach to processes which take place inside the cables need to note physical, psychological, biological and many other laws. Moreover, in order to investigate into all factors of how the cable works, one needs to note the specific area of its use and be always ready for new puzzles, which nature gives us.

直至近日,还有人认为,要听出或测量出由线材导致的音差是不可能办到的。而经典物理学通过对理想状态的导体模型进行缜密的构架却验证了其可实现性。在此环境下,他们讨论线材的电阻,电感以及电容量。由于测试装置对声音是非常灵敏的,所以当我们使用音响系统时不应该想当然地认为导体会处于理想状态。线材不仅是作为一种导体结构,同时也是一个复杂的系统,我们应当视其为音响系统的一个重要组件!曾经有很长一段时间,人们视线材为音响系统的附属品,其实线材里所包含的高超技术和操作要求丝毫不比喇叭功放低,这也是为什么在处理线材内部时,要考虑到物理学、心理学、生物学以及许多其他的法则。此外,为了深入调查影响线材工作的各种因素,我们需要特别留意线材使用的特定环境,并时时准备欣然接受大自然赐予我们的新奥妙。
 
The best natural material for audio signal transmission is copper. For a conductor the utmost quality is the degree of admixtures content. However our numerous tests proved that the balance of certain quantity of some elements after refinement may have rather a positive effect on sound, than their absence. This phenomenon characterizes the fundamental law of nature diversity. We can take distilled water as an analog, which is not useful, but harmful for health. By the way, we breathe 100% oxygen. Thanks to our painstaking investigations, we found a way to get the optimal balance between copper and admixtures –BRC (Balanced Refinement Conductor) – which lets the conductor correspond to the sound transmission requirements. Besides, we should take into account the skin-effect. The impedance of the conductor is different on high, mid and low frequencies. The sound image gets narrow as per timbre; it loses details and volume as a result. In order to fight this effect we use multi-wire conductors with sophisticate twist.
 铜是用于传输音频信号的最佳天然材料,作为线材的灵魂,导体的性能的优缺就是添加剂含量指数的差别。然而,经过无数次的试验证明,一些元素经过提炼后剩余的成分,添加一定量比完全不添加,可能会对音质产生非常积极的作用。该现象象征着自然多样性的基本法则。比如假若我们吸入100%的氧气,不但对我们没什么用,而且有害身体健康。多亏了一群不辞劳苦的研究人员,使我们找到了让铜与添加剂BRC(均衡精炼导体)达到最佳平衡点的方法—从而使导体可以符合声音传输要求。另外,我们也应该考虑集肤效应。在高,中,低频率下,导体的电阻也是不同的。音像会随音质变窄,最终模糊不清,为了克服这点,我们采用通过复杂工艺交织而成的多股绞线导体。
 
While designing the cable we are trying to foresee the real maintenance conditions. As everyone knows a lot of processes in nature are connected with the vibration effect. In one case it has a good application (speech and hearing), in other causes the negative effect. One of the best examples are cables. Under influence of internal and external sources of vibration the so-called “microphone effect” takes place. It is caused by accumulation of static charge and physical qualities of the materials. The acoustic noise causes extra vibration – confused sound oscillation which arises due to system components work as well. The vibrations lead to distortions in signal transmission, worsening of contact, arcing and variable inductance.
 设计线材时,我们会尽量预知其实际所需的养护条件。众所周知,许多处理过程本质上与振动效应都是相关联的。在某种情况下,振动效应可以得到很好的应用(比如演讲和倾听),而在其他情况下可能就是负面影响。线材就是最好的例子,在震源内部和外部双重作用下就会出现所谓的“话筒效应”。该效应是由静电荷的累积以及材料的物理特性造成的。噪音会产生多余的振动——随着系统各部件工作的运行,混淆视听的声音颤抖也会不断增加。该振动会使声音信号传输时失真,产生接触不良,电弧作用以及电感异常波动,最终使得人们听到的是变质的声音。
 

To fight the vibration effect we use the insulation materials with high-damping qualities: ElastollanR SAF PE, CAF PE, SPVC, Teflon cotton and others. Extra reduce of microphone effect is achieved by using different antistatic additions. The particular attention is paid to electromagnetic distortion defense. Special shield construction and twist of insulated wires ensures good defense from electrical equipment and communications. BRC is made from copper of special refinement, which possesses strictly defined quantity of useful elements. This copper is extracted from special fields and is controlled during the whole period of technological process starting from refinement till manufacturing of wire. Thanks to its composition, the conductor ensures the best audio/video signal transmission unlike any other conductor any other kind of copper.

SAF
PE (Stabilized Air-Foamed PE): Dielectrics are developed by Russian specialists. They have passed the certification process and are approved by Research Institute of Cable Industry for application in manufacturing of the cable production.
SAF PE(性能稳定的气泡型聚乙烯): 该电介质由俄罗斯专家研发,通过了认证,且获得电缆工业研究机构批准应用于线材生产中。
 
CAF PE (Combined Air-Foamed PE): This material is especially important while solving such problems as conductor protection from vibrations, which may seriously affect the sound quality.
CAF PE 复合气泡型聚乙烯): 用于防止导体受震动影响时(可能会严重影响音质),该材料显得尤其重要。
 
LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene): Offers such advantage as tear strength and high chemical resistance. It is also waterproof.

100% Cotton braids: Cotton braids, stranded together with insulated conductors, protect the conductors from vibrations and acoustic noises and assures the round shape of the cable.

Antistatic (addition): These additions regardless of price are used in all TCHERNOVAUDIO CABLE products. They seriously decrease the noise and burn-in period.
抗静电(添加剂):无论这些添加剂价格多么昂贵,由于它们可以显著减少噪音和延缓老化周期,切尔诺夫线材产品统统都会应用这些添加剂。
 
Teflon (polyterafluori-neethylene): In upper models of CUPRUM line, such as Classic and Reference, we use tapes made from porous and solid Teflon. Advantages of this material are as follows: high heat resistance, excellent electric insulation characteristics and mechanical durability. Manufacturing of the half-aired insulation from porous Teflon conductor. Thanks to the effect of cold state fluidity, tapes are sticked together during the winding process.
Teflon(聚四氟乙烯):在铜素产线的高端模型中,比如Classic系列和Reference系列,我们采用了由多空及极其牢固的Teflon制造而成的胶带。Teflon有如下优点:高度耐热性,优良的电绝缘线,良好的机械耐受性。用多孔Teflon导体制作半中空绝缘体时,由于冷态流动效应,在绞合过程中胶带会紧紧地粘固在一起。
 
SPVC (Soft Polyvinyl-chloride): Using this elastron for jacket manufacturing ensures the sufficient flexibility of the cable construction and additional decrease of vibratory load. In double layer jackets, the inner layer is manufactured from achromatic SPVC.
SPVC(柔性的聚乙烯氯化物):用这种elastron制作护套可以保证线材有足够的柔韧性,并且还能降低振动负载。在双层护套中,内层是由消色SPVC合成。
 
CL (thread): This thread is made from the base (synthetic thread), on which the flat copper wire is winded up. The braid is used as an additional shield, which creates the shock-absorption layer beyond the jacket and at the same time is a bandage for the copper tapes screen.
CL(线路): 该线路是由底部穿入(合成线),线上缠绕着扁平的铜线。其纱辫充当除了护套外的防震缓冲层,同时又可以作为铜线和胶带间的绑带。
